All Diamonds vitrified bench grinding wheels are made from the highest quality aluminium oxide or silicon carbide grains. They are manufactured under strict safety and quality guide lines ensuring the finest possible end product. Vitrified grinding wheels are available from stock.

Diamond keep a full range of top quality coated abrasives including sanding belts, emery rolls, floor sanding sheets and sandpaper rolls. The Diamond range of fibre backed sanding discs is available in both aluminium oxide and zirconium grits. Aluminium oxide discs are ideal for a multitude of sanding and light grinding applications on most types of metals, whilst the zirconium discs are also suitable for the sanding and polishing of aluminium and stainless steel.

Diamonds spindle mounted flap wheels are made from aluminium oxide material mounted on a 6mm x 40mm spindle. They each come with individual peg board fittings (see picture) which clearly state the size and grit of the wheel. Flap wheels are available in the above sizes.

All flap discs available from Diamond are designed and manufactured to the highest quality and safety standards. They are made from the finest zirconium grits, which are bonded to extremely strong but durable fibreglass backing. The zirconium grit has very sharp and long lasting qualities making flap discs especially good on stainless steel, aluminium and construction steel.
