By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

Payment:
We accept various payment methods, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Amex, Visa Electron, Switch, MasterCard, PayPal, Digital Wallets & Retail Finance. All transactions are conducted in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Delivery:
The cost of delivery will be calculated automatically when you place an order on our website. We strive to keep all products in stock at our warehouse or suppliers for fast delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, but if stock is held at our suppliers, shipping may take an extra day. You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you haven't received your delivery by then, kindly contact our customer service team.
Stock Availability:
We aim to have all advertised items in stock or available for sale. However, unforeseen circumstances like production difficulties or high demand may lead to certain products being unavailable. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or provide an estimated delivery date for the ordered item. We will not supply an alternative product without your consent. If you choose not to purchase an alternative, we will refund the full value of the product and any applicable carriage charges.
Pricing:
All prices quoted include and exclude VAT. The only additional charge above the item price is a carriage charge. The VAT amount for each purchase is clearly detailed on the invoice provided to you. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our site, some products may be incorrectly priced. We will verify prices during dispatch, and if the correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions or reject the order. We are not obliged to provide the Product at the incorrect (lower) price if the error is obvious and could have been recognized by you as a mispricing.
Guarantees & Warranties:
Power Tool warranties are subject to the manufacturer's guidelines. If a power tool develops a fault, refer to the warranty page on our website. Diamond Industrial Supply Company Limited is a Trade supplier, and all transactions are considered for trade use.
Cooling off Period:
You have the right to cancel an unopened order within 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Notify us in writing with the order number if you wish to cancel. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of cancellation.
Returns & Refunds - Items Not Required:
Diamond Industrial Supply Company Limited aims to provide comprehensive information on each product to aid your purchasing decision. If you have an unopened order, damaged items, or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email. Faulty items fall under the manufacturer's warranty, and repair should be arranged with an authorized repair agent or the manufacturer.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a Contract due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). This includes acts of nature, industrial action, war, fire, epidemic, government actions, etc. Our performance under the Contract will be suspended during the Force Majeure Event, and we will have an extension of time for performance.
Waiver:
Our failure to insist on strict performance of any obligations or to exercise our rights under the Contract shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies. Any waiver must be expressly stated and communicated in writing.
Severability:
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions and any documents referred to constitute the entire agreement between you and Diamond Industrial Supply Company Limited regarding the subject matter of any Contract. Any variations to these terms should be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
